Really good post on diabetes, it’s a disease that is almost epidemic in our country. Although it can be partially hereditary I believe that it can almost always be avoided. The major causes are obesity, excessive sugar intake and pancreatitis. So proper diet and exercise is typically the answer.

I agree with you, diabetes are the disease which is originating due to increase in level of sugar in blood. and its prevention is to used insulin shots or injection or tablets regularly and eat sugar free food. to decrease sugar level at in between 80 to 100. thnks for sharing this post.

I think this info is great, people should know how their bodies work and the best way to look after it so you don’t have to be on “new age medicine” all the time. We are made to heal and be healthy for the extent of our lives and while modern medicine certainly has it’s place and helps us extend that life and be healthier even longer, we really should take into account the way our bodies will naturally handle different situations.
